Ok, so it’s not my most creative title.
This will make a big pile of balls of meat, just throw them into your lunchbox with some salad with your choice of dressing and you’re ready to go.
Balls of meat
Ingredients:
- 1kg mince meat.
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 3 eggs.
- 4 rashes of Bacon. (without the rind) diced.
- 1 tablespoon of mixed herbs.
- 2 tablespoons of worchester sauce (I like the spicy version).
- Salt to taste.
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees (fan forced).
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together (easiest to do with your hands).
- Shape into about 18 golf ball size balls.
- Cook in oven for 25 mins or until cooked through.
- Enjoy with a fresh salad and dressing of choice.
Serves: 3-4 balls per serve
